A House of Panacea brand

You've achieved everything you were supposed to achieve. And yet.

If you're on this page, I'd guess it's not by accident. Somewhere underneath the achieving, something has been slowly shifting, and you've started to wonder why a life that looks this good doesn't always feel like it.

If I could show you a way back to yourself,

would eight weeks be worth it?

That's the honest question The Panacea Method® was built to answer.

Sound familiar?

If that's true, I'd guess a few other things about you, too.

  • You're the one everyone else relies on, and no one thinks to ask how you're doing.
  • You've gotten so good at coping that even you stopped noticing what it costs.
  • Rest doesn't feel like rest any more.
  • You tell yourself you're fine. Technically, you are.
  • You've done everything you were told would make you happy, and you're still waiting to feel it.

"Just being part of the Circle makes you feel like it's normalised your situation."

This is what it means to see beyond how you've been existing.

Is this real?

Fair question. Here's exactly what this is and isn't.

It's not therapy. It's not coaching. It's not another app you forget about by Thursday. The Panacea Method® is an eight-week Circle, followed by months of real support built in: not a webinar you finish and forget, but a relationship that continues. Built on clinical knowledge and psychological frameworks, by a working GP who has spent her career watching capable people carry more than anyone, including themselves, ever realised.

"I really liked that it was evidence-based. That made it resonate with me."

01

The Circle

Eight weeks. Eight women. A small, structured group container to do the deep work together. Not eight hundred strangers in a webinar.

02

One-to-one with me

Personal, individual support after the Circle ends, because integration doesn't happen on a group timetable. It happens in your life, at your pace.

03

The Reunion Circle

Three months on, the group comes back together to reflect honestly on what's actually changed, and what still needs attention.

04

Ongoing community

A private WhatsApp channel for the women in your Circle, so integrating what you've learned doesn't happen alone once the eight weeks end.

Asha, founder of The Panacea Method

One to one, available now

Some women need something more personal than eight weeks.

For a small number of women, I also work privately, for those who want someone to fully hold their care and wellbeing while they put down what they've been carrying, safely.

This isn't a programme. It's just us, working together for a minimum of three months, or on an ongoing monthly basis, for as long as it's useful. You'll have direct access to me: by phone, by email, whenever you actually need it, not confined to a weekly slot.

I'm a doctor. I've spent my career sitting with people through their hardest moments, and I understand the particular weight that high-achieving women carry, because I've carried it myself.

Three months from now

Imagine knowing, clearly, who you are outside of what you do for everyone else.

Imagine waking up without that low hum of dread before you've even opened your laptop. Picture yourself in a meeting, a school run, a conversation with someone you love, fully there, not quietly running six calculations in the background. That's not a bigger life. It's your life, with the noise turned down enough to hear yourself again.

How would that change the way you show up? Not just at work. Everywhere.

Proof, not promises

In their own words.

"I've done therapy before, but this felt completely different. It was science, body and self-growth combined. It's more powerful and faster-acting than months of talking therapy. It really helped me feel understood for the first time."

Circle participant

"I feel a lot calmer in my body, 95% of the time. The two-breath technique has been really helpful, and I use it daily, especially with the kids. It's a programme that fills a gap for busy working mums: helpful and practical."

Circle participant

"I felt completely disconnected from my body and mind, like they weren't working together any more. Now I'm calmer, I can walk away from a situation instead of reacting straight away, and I've started putting boundaries in place. That's been huge."

Questions

Before you book.

What actually happens on the discovery call?

A short, no-pressure conversation, about twenty minutes, about what's going on for you and whether the Circle or working with me privately is the right fit. Nothing is decided or paid for on the call itself.

Is this instead of therapy?

No. The Panacea Method® isn't a replacement for therapy or psychiatric treatment, and if that's what you need, I'll say so directly on the call. This is a structured, evidence-based space for capable women who are functioning but disconnected, not in crisis.

What's the difference between the Circle and working with you one to one?

The Circle is a small group of eight women moving through the same eight weeks together, with a shared container and structure. One to one is just us, for a minimum of three months, with direct access to me by phone and email. Which is right for you is exactly what the discovery call is for.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. Tell me, and we handle it. But I'll be honest upfront: this only works if you can genuinely commit to showing up for the eight weeks, and that's part of what we talk through before you join.

What does it cost?

The investment is shared once we've spoken and know it's a genuine fit. This isn't priced like an online course. It reflects the depth and access involved, and I'd rather talk you through it properly than put a number on a page.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. I'm a practising GP, and everything you share, in the Circle or privately, is held with the same duty of care and confidentiality as any clinical conversation.

Next Circle: 2027. Dates to be confirmed.

This isn't about being fixed. It's about finally being seen.

A quick note before you join: the Circle is for women who are ready to actually do the work, not just talk about it. If you can commit to eight weeks, show up honestly, and put what you learn into your actual life between sessions, this is exactly for you.
